Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand I am a human, working with human hands, and a human brain.It may not always be perfect but I always try my best!

Pickup & Delivery

(Chicago Area Only)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will be contacted via email to arrange an in-person pickup. 

Shipping Policy

Each order is made by hand and is processed in the order in which it is received.

  • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking.

  • International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each item is carefully inspected  before shipped. It is a priority that you are happy with your purchase! We will be glad to accept a return or exchange if an item shows up to you broken or defective. In such cases, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
